Quinn Harrington

director, finance and administration

As Director of Finance and Administration, Quinn handles the finances of the organization and ensures Rainmaker conducts its operations accountably, transparently, and in full regulatory compliance. Quinn received his Masters Degree from the University of Toronto, where he focused on the intersections of science, technology, law, and public policy, and previously graduated from University of King's College, Halifax. He has experience in the non-profit sector at the senior executive level. Quinn is driven to ensure that efforts to support developing regions provide long-term solutions that establish the infrastructure and knowledge bases needed to empower and foster independence. In January of 2017, he joined The Rainmaker Enterprise. Quinn is excited to be a part of building self-sufficient, sustainable, and peaceful communities in South Sudan.
